Back in my corporate days, I was constantly pulled in multiple directions, and although I was good at my job, I always felt like I was barely keeping my head above water. I couldn’t get to the strategic work that my leaders wanted in order to promote me.
I blamed it on the people dumping stuff on me, my workload and my clients. But when I left corporate in 2014, I found other ways to stay busy and eventually burned out.
Turns out, the problem was me.
It was only when I identified the subconscious patterns driving my behaviour that I finally freed myself from the compulsion to stay in action.
Now, I use what I’ve learned to help other women identify and release their subconscious beliefs, so they can release stress, get out of the burnout cycle and stay in the calm every day.
