Why I created this program

For years I juggled so many things between work and my personal life. Even when I wasn’t working, I couldn’t turn my brain off. I was exhausted, sick all the time, and had all kinds of uncomfortable physical symptoms.

In 2020, I was writing the final draft of my doctoral thesis on leadership and sustainability, and teaching several classes at a post-graduate level. Alongside this, I was providing strategy and sustainability reporting consulting to corporates, and caring for a toddler.

I knew I had to slow down, but I couldn’t seem to allow myself to relax.

Then, on January 4th, 2021, I woke up for my first day back to work after taking a week off. I could barely move. My body and brain simply shut down. I had burned myself out, and my body was telling me that it was not going back to work. Something had to change.

Looking at the exceptional leaders I had studied, I was frustrated that I couldn’t behave like they did - courageously and calmly. That day, it hit me - I couldn’t just emulate the behaviour of the leaders I admired; I had to change my beliefs first!

And this realization changed everything.

I set to work uncovering the beliefs that were underlying these inspirational leaders’ behaviour. At the same time, I dug deeper into my own subconscious patterns and found a deep sense of confidence and peace.

Two years later, I work less, and I accomplish more with more energy and personal time. Because I’m less busy, I have time to dream and feel inspired.

I packaged the findings from the research and my own path into an online program so that I could help women like you find effortless success and time for their personal lives without giving up their career.
